Closing is the reward.Optimize Digital Marketing (ODM) is looking for a Territory Sales Manager who knows how to build a pipeline, have direct business conversations, and close deals. If you’re a self-driven salesperson who thrives on prospecting and selling to business owners, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow your income while helping clients achieve long-term marketing success.You’ll manage a defined U.S. territory, sell digital marketing services to independent automotive repair shops and towing companies, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Our sales cycles are short, deal sizes average $5K+, and success comes from strong qualification, consistent prospecting, and helping clients see measurable value that drives long-term retention. What You’ll DoBuild and maintain a strong pipeline using territory leads, prospecting, inbound opportunities, and partner referrals.Engage directly with shop owners, GMs, and operatorsQualify opportunities quickly and control the sales conversationClose deals in 1–2 conversations when there’s a fitManage pipeline and activity in SalesforceBuild relationships with partner sales reps in the fieldCollaborate with internal teams to support client success and long-term retention What We’re Looking ForProven ability to prospect, qualify, and closeExperience in selling to small business ownersDigital marketing sales experience preferredComfortable working independently in a remote environmentStrong communication and sales disciplineAbility to collaborate with internal teams to drive client success and retention CompensationBase Salary: $55K–$65K On-Target Earnings: $100K+ (uncapped) Uncapped commission based on new monthly recurring revenue Accelerators for exceeding quota Paid Bi-monthlyBenefitsHealth insurance 401(k) with company match 14 days PTO in year one Additional company benefits
