Junior AI Technician

We are looking for a Junior AI Technician to support the adoption and daily use of artificial intelligence tools across the organization. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals interested in AI, automation, and process improvement, who are eager to learn and grow alongside a senior team.🎯 ResponsibilitiesAssist with the implementation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of AI tools and automation solutions.Support daily operational tasks related to AI systems (data entry, validation, and reporting).Identify manual or repetitive processes that can be optimized through AI or automation.Provide basic support and troubleshooting for AI tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.Collaborate with Operations, IT, and other teams on AI-driven initiatives.Participate in end-user training sessions and document AI workflows and processes.Comply with AI governance, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.Stay up to date with AI technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning.🧠 Requirements / SkillsTechnical studies, ongoing education, or certification in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.0 to 2 years of experience in technical support, automation, data analysis, or related roles.Basic knowledge of AI concepts: automation, data analysis, and machine learning fundamentals.Familiarity with common AI tools (chatbots, automation platforms, AI-assisted analytics tools).High willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
