Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Manhattan, NY, for a Technical Designer. The Technical Designer will oversee garment construction, manage fitting sessions, create detailed technical sketches, collaborate with pattern makers, and ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional standards. This role also involves close collaboration with design and production teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with the brand’s vision while adhering to timelines. Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Design and Garment ConstructionProficiency in Fitting and Pattern MakingUnderstanding of design principles and Architecture in fashion, including structure and formExcellent attention to detail and ability to solve construction challenges creativelyExperience in working collaboratively with design and production teamsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or a related fieldProficiency in relevant design software is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
