You will work closely with Business Technology, Security, Operations, and business units to maintain organizational readiness and resiliency.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness ContinuityAssist with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) development and maintenance across business unitsCoordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) creation and updatesSupport awareness, training, and communication activities related to continuity planningFacilitate and document tabletop exercises, simulations, and testing activitiesDisaster RecoveryPartner with Business Technology teams to maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) for systems and infrastructureDisaster recovery testing activities including failover exercises and recovery validationsConduct risk assessments related to system outages, vulnerabilities, and operational disruptionsMaintain recovery runbooks, procedures, and resiliency documentationRisk, Compliance & GovernanceAssist in the alignment with regulatory and audit frameworks including ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, SOC, HIPAA, and PCI requirementsAssist with audit preparation and remediation tracking activitiesMaintain BCDR repositories, templates, documentation, and status reportingProgram Coordination & CommunicationParticipate in coordination activities during incidents or operational disruptionsMaintain communication materials, dashboards, and reporting documentationMonitor industry best practices and recommend process improvementsWork with cross-functional teams on organizational resiliency initiativesWhat You BringThe ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and project coordination capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Operations, Risk Management, or ComplianceStrong understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT service management principlesFamiliarity with frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or ITILStrong documentation, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teamsExperience with disaster recovery testing or continuity exercises preferredExperience with hybrid infrastructure or cloud recovery technologies preferredManufacturing environment experience preferredCertifications such as CBCP, ADRP, ITIL Foundation, or similar preferredWhy This Role Stands OutThis opportunity offers hands-on exposure to enterprise resiliency operations, disaster recovery planning, operational risk management, and cross-functional coordination within a large-scale manufacturing organization.
