They handle their growth.Role DescriptionThis is a commission-based-only remote Setter/Closer role at AK’s Sales Services.The Setter/Closer will be responsible for setting up sales calls and closing high-ticket deals.Qualifications:Skilled in the sales industryMust be in North AmericaMust be available full-timeOpen-minded and coachableFluent EnglishExcellent CommunicatorProfessional, Prompt, CourteousMust be self motivated and competitiveResponsibilities: [training provided]Make calls to prospects and set qualified appointmentsManage CRM and move prospects accordinglyProcess payment for closed deals and send out service agreementsTimely & relentless follow-up on pending dealsReport and track personal KPI set by Sales Manager (daily-weekly-monthly)Maintain relationships with existing clientsAttend daily sales huddles and all company wide training eventsSpend time on personal developmentCompensation:For each sale closed the payouts of commission are 5-15 percent on cash collected. Deals can vary in size from $5,000 to $100,000. There is no base as well as no ceiling.This is a 100% remote position; you can work from anywhere and enjoy the freedom of time and location.
