This pivotal role involves leading our initial sales efforts by driving demand, generating new leads, and identifying valuable business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospects, clearly articulating our value proposition, and ensuring the smooth transition of qualified leads through the sales funnel to achieve revenue growth.Who we are:We are a leading iPaaS provider, dedicated to simplifying integration for the fast-growing retail industry. Having successfully supported over 400 brands, we take pride in our cutting-edge solutions that fuel business success.What you’ll do:Conduct intent based outbound prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities leveraging our outreach tools.Research priority accounts to find relevant buying signals to tailor personalised outreach Communicate Patchwork’s value proposition to prospects using a consultative, solution-based sales approach to understand their needs and pain points.Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive for further engagement, ensuring a smooth and efficient lead handoff process.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, keeping track of all interactions and follow-ups in Hubspot to ensure consistent pipeline growth.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies, messaging, and lead qualification processes.Develop expertise in Patchworks’ market to support productive conversations with inbound leads.Represent Patchworks at industry events, generating connection and business leads What you’ll Need:1-3 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generationExperience selling into the North American market North American Time ZoneFluent verbal and written English Previous experience in SaaS, tech, or a high-growth startup environment is a plusExperience in selling platform or e-commerce solutions is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong phone, email and social media presence, with experience executing targeting and personalised outreach to relevant individuals.
