The Finance Senior Manager - US FP&A will be part of the Global Commercial Finance team and will report to the Finance Lead - US FP&A. The job responsibilities will consist of the following, but not limited to:Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance across US Commercial with proactive identification of issues, opportunities, and challenges.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting (revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses); perform supporting analysis to explain underlying business dynamics and resultsCreate and maintain sophisticated financial models, trend and scenario analysis, dashboards and reports to support the business with financial and strategic initiatives and insightsDevelop data visualization content to clearly and effectively convey the story inside the dataSupport finance team with close processes including operating expense analysis and other P&L line items, and preparing materials for financial review with senior leadershipAssist with required forecasts and Annual Operating Plan submission including report generation, template management, analysis of forecast submission across all aspects of the P&LPrepare and present executive-level reports, presentations and materials to communicate key financial insights and support decision makingCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide transparency and insights into the financial performance, as well as effectively and constructively scrutinize and challenge assumptions.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance the strategic decision-making framework across the businessAs a member of the US Commercial Finance team, this role will also support various US Operations and US Commercial Finance cross-functional improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with existing and established company internal controls, and financial polices proceduresEducational requirements and job experience:7-10 years work experience in a corporation in a financial planning and analysis function with strong track records of business partneringUndergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economicsMBA is a plus; CPA is a plus but not requiredExperience in commercial FP&A, modeling and forecasting tools is requiredKey Skills & Competencies:This position requires a deep understanding of finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex, global financial landscapesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives and manage competing prioritiesAbility to work autonomously and manage a diverse set of priorities in a fast paced, high-energy, evolving environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment and build collaborative relationships with peers and other stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, entrepreneurial mindset, and translate data into actionable insightsHigh attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendationsAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling, and FP&A tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ThinkCell and PowerPoint)Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software (EXCEL) and PowerPointKnowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan, OneStream) and the ability to visualize financial dataThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $200,000 Our salary ranges aredetermined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target rangefor new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additionalfactors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
