Additionally, the candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. Experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements is also required, along with experience and understanding of production support and performance engineering. Technical skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and client interfacing skills. Analytical skills are also important.QualificationsBasic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
