Android Developer

Local to Miami, FL (4 Days/week)Required Qualifications• 7+ years of professional Android development experience.• Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin and strong Java development skills.• Extensive experience with Android SDK and modern Android development frameworks.• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Navigation Components, and Android Jetpack libraries.• Strong understanding of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns.• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Room Database, Hilt, Dagger, and RESTful APIs.• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or leading junior developers.• Experience conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.• Strong understanding of mobile application security, performance tuning, and scalability.• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
