Together with the sales team, the candidate will provide support to investment advisors, generate proposals, communicate plan design strategies and coordinate the implementation of agreements and contracts.The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of wholesaling and advisor services experience in the retirement marketplace. The candidate should have a proven track record working with external sales teams on strategies, activity management and have strong verbal and written communication skills.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to financial advisors, TPA's and the external sales teamCollect new plan establishment documentsFollow up for outstanding or missing documentsGenerate proposals to support sales team in prospecting for and selling institutional retirement programs to advisors and TPA'sMutual fund revenue analysisCoordinating and maintaining new and existing business process through Salesforce.com CRM databaseBuild processes to maximize the value of our materials and retirement programsManage the development, approval and distribution of communications targeted to financial professionals, plan sponsors and participantsAbility to communicate and create solid working relationships with sales, new business and client service team membersEvaluation and assistance in the completion of RFP responsesRequirementsUnderstanding of the retirement plan marketplaceStrong written and verbal communication skillsPolite and professional telephone and follow up skillsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projectsPossibility of limited travelProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS TeamsBachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experienceRemote Work InformationFor all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Please ensure that you are able to meet these expectations before applying.Compensation InformationThe average salary for this position is expected to be between $45,000 and $75,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
