Construction Coordinator - Field Operations

As aConstruction Coordinator - Field OperationsatDN , you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Field Operations Managers in field logistic coordination, critical documentation maintenance and construction project administration. In addition to providing direct support, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between field and office to ensure efficient, compliant, and well-organized nationwide operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Field Operations Managers, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel for nationwide field crews.Manage field time-off requests and maintain accurate personnel records.Support union-related documentation and administrative processes.Maintain and distribute standard presentations, memos, and SOPs.Assist with special operational projects and urgent field needs.Maintain and track field personnel who have met project requirements to assist with staffing and placement on upcoming projects.Support onboarding, training sessions, and seminars for field personnel.Research and coordinate housing and hotel accommodations for field crews and assist with negotiating project rates.Facilitate communication and workflow alignment between field operations and internal departments.Maintain and distribute weekly crew transfer updates.Assist with the Short Interval Schedule (SIS) process.Assist with field expense report processing.Prepare operational reports and summaries such as payroll reports, wage reports, and per diem analysis when needed.Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience, with 2-3 years supporting construction or field
