Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, client relations, inventory, and ensuring the efficient delivery of our lawn care services. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: - Team Management: Supervise, train, and lead the lawn care crew, ensuring they adhere to company standards and safety protocols. - Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all jobs. Plan and coordinate daily operations to maximize efficiency. - Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, implementing improvements as needed to maintain a high standard. - Inventory and Equipment Management: Oversee inventory levels of supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure the proper functioning of all tools and machinery. - Budget Management: Work with the finance department to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental standards and labor laws. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operations, team performance, and client feedback for senior management. - Business Development: Assist in identifying opportunities for business growth, participate in strategic planning, and contribute to sales initiatives.
