Job DescriptionPlant Manager - Industrial ManufacturingHiring a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations within a custom fabrication and systems manufacturing environment. This leadership role will drive production, quality, safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement across fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on industrial manufacturing background with strong leadership experience in a fast-paced production setting.ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day plant operations including fabrication, assembly, testing, paint, and shippingLead production teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goalsManage production scheduling, manpower planning, and workflow efficiencyMonitor manufacturing performance and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policiesWork closely with engineering, purchasing, and project management teams to support production demandsDrive accountability, employee development, and overall plant performanceMaintain equipment, facility operations, and production readinessReview KPIs, production metrics, and operational reports to improve productivity and reduce downtimeQualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations leadershipBackground in fabrication, mechanical systems, pumps, piping, or custom equipment manufacturing preferredStrong understanding of production scheduling, quality control, and plant operationsExperience managing teams in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiativesKnowledge of welding, fabrication, assembly, and industrial manufacturing processesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficient with manufacturing systems, production reporting, and operational planningMust be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
