HR Analyst

Title: Analyst I Pay Rate: $21.13/hr Location: Work from Home Schedule: Mon – Fri, 10:30AM – 6:30PM EST Note: This is a W2 contract role – this role is NOT open to 1099, C2C, or 3rd party candidates As an Analyst I supporting Colleague Relations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our colleagues, offering expert guidance on a broad range of issues and concerns, including but not limited to reasonable accommodation, workforce reduction, colleague performance, and attendance and policy interpretation. In this role, you will respond to a significant volume of calls from colleagues seeking guidance. You will provide timely and effective solutions to colleague issues during the initial contact. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.
