Elevate is recruiting an IT Administrator to join our Information Technology Team. As an IT Admin, you will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering Team which supports all server-related requirements from building, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Candidates must be located in the Phoenix area and willing to work in office. Specifically, the IT Admin willLearn and assist with hardware imaging management for new devices.Support user hardware onboarding and offboarding processes.Help maintain end-user device inventory and update records.Assist in IT procurement requisitions and basic hardware compliance checks.Shadow senior admins for security compliance application checks.Observe coordination with Systems and TechOps teams for image updates and application integration. This role requires physical presence in the office for activities such as network tasks, testing new images, troubleshooting when other IT teams need on-site support, and providing user support for employees visiting the office. Experience1+ years in Information Technology.Skills for SuccessStrong interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills (oral/written), as well as strong organization/administrative abilities and presentation skills. Technical SkillsKnowledgeable in computer and software systems.Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support.Knowledgeable with and/or experience with non-technical concepts such as ITIL Framework, concepts and implementation of quality controls to ensure compliance, accuracy of work output, etc.Workplace Support - experience in the use, support and troubleshooting the following tools/applications such as but not limited to: Windows OS; PC Hardware and Computer Peripheral troubleshooting; Active Directory; Office 365; Network Printer and other Computer peripherals; Share Drives and Folders; BitLocker Encryption.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or other related field or 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.CompensationUS national salary range: $40,000-60,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
