Information Technology Engineer
Elevate is recruiting an IT Engineer to join our Information Technology Team. As an IT Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering Team which supports all server-related requirements from building, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Candidates must be located in the Phoenix area and willing to work hybrid in office. Specifically, the IT Engineer willEnforce timely handling (acknowledgement and initial response) and resolution of incident tickets opened for Elevate end-users where onsite support is needed (e.g. PC hardware issues, workstation re-image), so that Incident Response Time and Resolution Time SLAs are met.Enforce timely and complete fulfillment of IT requests related to New Employee IT Provisioning where onsite support is required, such as but not limited to new workstation setup, installation of required applications, etc. so that Request Resolution Time SLA is met.Enforce timely and complete fulfillment of Access Termination requests for resigned/inactive employees where onsite support is required, so that Request Resolution Time SLA is met. Retrieve IT equipment assigned to resigned employees (e.g. laptop, headset, mobile phone, etc.).Back-up and retrieval of local files, as requested by the immediate managerRe-imaging of PC assigned to resigned employeeRe-stock retrieved IT equipment and update of IT Asset inventory.Full ownership of effective management of local IT equipment including but not limited to desktop PCs, laptops assigned to employees who require mobile computing devices, and all other IT equipment deployed in operations.Maintain an active and updated inventory of all local IT equipment/asset.Regular audit of deployed IT equipment.Timely reporting of missing devices and any case of abuse/misuse of IT asset esp. those that result to physical damage.Movement of IT equipment (e.g. change in workstation assignment).Full ownership of effective management and monitoring of local IT infrastructure, such as but not limited to Network, Server, etc. to make sure that these are working optimally to allow operations to run smoothly.Full ownership of regular review, update, and simulation of local IT Disaster Recovery Plan, which includes but is not limited to planning, coordination and facilitation of regular of IT Disaster Recovery Plan simulations, to test the effectivity of the plan, readiness of individuals to respond to disasters and perform the actions/tasks assigned to them as documented in the IT DR Plan.Promote employee awareness and knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery Plan for ElevateManila using various methods such as conducting regular employee info sessions, send out email communications, distribute work instructions, etc.Experience5+ years of legal sales experience and demonstrable success growing high-profile accounts and consistently exceeding established performance targets. Understanding the legal market, with both law department and law firm experience.Experience selling into property and casualty related to law firms preferred.Skills for Success1+ years in Information Technology.Strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills (oral/written), as well as strong organization/administrative abilities and presentation skills. Technical SkillsKnowledgeable in computer and software systems.Excellent MS Office skills - capable of preparing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel files without support.Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other relevant systems/tools.Knowledgeable with and/or experience with non-technical concepts such as ITIL Framework, concepts and implementation of quality controls to ensure compliance, accuracy of work output, etc.Workplace Support - experience in the use, support and troubleshooting the following tools/applications such as but not limited to: Windows OS; PC Hardware and Computer Peripheral troubleshooting; Active Directory; Office 365; Network Printer and other Computer peripherals; Share Drives and Folders; BitLocker Encryption.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or other related field or 3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.CompensationUS national salary range: $55,000-65,000, based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location.
