Electrical Foreman Syncore | South Florida Position Summary Syncore is seeking a field-driven Electrical Foreman who will be responsible for leading and executing field operations on assigned commercial and industrial electrical projects. This role combines hands-on installation work with crew leadership and jobsite oversight. The Working Foreman ensures daily productivity, safety compliance, quality workmanship, and alignment with project schedules while serving as the primary field point of contact for Project Management. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive performance in active construction environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct field electricians, lead electricians, and apprentices Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet project milestones Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements Maintain job productivity and labor efficiency Review drawings and ensure work is installed per plans and specifications Communicate directly with Project Managers regarding schedule, manpower, and field challenges Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies Ensure compliance with NEC, MSHA, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all applicable codes Coordinate inspections and interact with inspectors when required Maintain daily reports including manpower logs, production tracking, and field updates using Procore Identify scope changes and notify management of potential change orders Assist with commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation Maintain professional communication with clients and general contractors Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of heavy commercial/industrial electrical experience Previous foreman or lead electrician experience required Strong understanding of NEC and jobsite safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Proven leadership and crew management skills Working knowledge of labor productivity and job cost awareness Strong communication and problem-solving abilities OSHA certification preferred Valid Driver’s License required Must be bilingual Ability to travel to project sites as needed Physical Requirements Ability to work in active construction environments Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions Ability to work overtime and weekends as project demands require Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when necessary What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
