Job DescriptionProject Manager - High-End Custom HomesCompensation: Competitive base salary + allowances + performance incentivesAbout the RoleWe are a well-established custom home builder specializing in high-end, one-of-a-kind residential projects. Our homes are architecturally complex, detail-driven, and built for discerning clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of luxury custom builds from pre-construction through final delivery.This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesManage high-end custom home projects from contract through completionOversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurementCoordinate closely with owners, architects, designers, and trade partnersConduct jobsite meetings and ensure quality, safety, and timelines are maintainedReview plans, specifications, change orders, and scopes of workMaintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the buildAnticipate challenges and proactively problem-solve in the fieldEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to luxury standardsQualifications5+ years of experience in custom residential constructionProven experience managing high-value, detail-intensive homesStrong understanding of construction sequencing, estimating, and schedulingAbility to lead subcontractors and hold teams accountableExcellent client-facing and communication skillsComfortable working independently and making decisions in the fieldExperience in mountain or custom site-built homes is a strong plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary aligned with high-end custom home marketAllowances and additional compensation components availableLong-term growth opportunity with a stable, respected builderAbility to work on unique, high-quality projects-not production homesWhy This OpportunityThis role is ideal for a Project Manager who wants to be valued for expertise, trusted to run projects properly, and work with a builder who prioritizes quality over volume.Apply now and send your resume to melissa.strater@gogpac.comMelissa Strater will reach out to you for a fully confidential conversation.
