Long term, that could mean growing into areas like business development, underwriting, acquisitions, or asset management.What You’ll Do:Project Team is the bridge between executive ideation and rapid execution. Responsibilities vary from urgent portfolio inspections to leading a quick turnaround in a new market. This role is for hungry, gritty, ultra-competent doers. Key Responsibilities:Leasing: prospecting, touring, negotiating, closing - learn how to sell and close.Execute urgent inspections and site visits with professionalism, accuracy and urgency.Be prepared to travel on short notice (often within 3 hours) to complete mission-critical work.Relocate to growth markets when business needs require and embed in new regions as we scale.Lead small, high-velocity projects end-to-end: plan, mobilize resources, execute, report.Coordinate with vendors, owners, on-site staff and leadership to get things across the finish line.Deliver precise documentation, post-visit reports, and actionable next steps.Embody and promote Northpoint’s culture and virtues in every interaction. High integrity is non-negotiable.Be coachable, accept rapid feedback, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Ideal candidates are recent college graduatesUnflappable under pressure and excited by messy, urgent missions.Willing and able to hop on a plane with 3 hours’ notice (and happy to do it).Ready to relocate quickly to new growth areas after onboarding in Austin.Competitive, coachable and obsessed with getting results.Honest, high-character, and courageous: you always do the right thing.Comfortable with a fast pace and a culture that rewards performance over politics.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (any major) or equivalent experience.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently - up to 50%.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A “do whatever it takes” attitude. You must love hard work and steep learning curves.Hybrid work environment with 3-4 days a week in our new Austin office requiredInternship or some experience in sales, property management, real estate, inspections or logistics preferred, but not required
