Secret Modeling & Simulation Manager

An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a Secret cleared Modeling & Simulation Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This individual will serve as a technical and program leader driving classified foreign threat modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts, including RF/IR sensor modeling, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and foreign kinetic weapon systems. The role involves leading and mentoring teams responsible for modeling foreign threat radars, antennas, and communications systems, and performing detailed classified analyses such as detectability and survivability assessments to support future combat scenarios. The manager will also advance and grow classified modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) capabilities and business by leveraging existing contracts and customer relationships, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI/ML, and developing the MS&A talent pipeline. Additionally, this position will act as a senior program manager for major initiatives, overseeing complex engineering and test strategies, risk and performance assessments, and solution development for large scale, highly complex problems, while supervising first line managers and engineering and software development teams.
