This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business units.🔎 Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs & workforce planningManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycleDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategiesBuild strong candidate pipelines (active & passive talent)Drive diversity hiring initiatives & recruitment programsAnalyze recruiting data to improve hiring strategiesLead interviewing best practices & hiring training sessionsEnsure excellent candidate experience & stakeholder communication✅ Required Skills8+ years of technical recruiting experienceStrong experience in full lifecycle recruitingExpertise in high-volume hiring across multiple skill setsExperience with ATS / ERP systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters preferred)Strong skills in sourcing, stakeholder management & negotiationExcellent communication & organizational skills🎯 PreferredExperience in Healthcare / Medical Device industryExperience with Workday or SmartRecruiters
