Technical Recruiter

Headquartered in California with a significant global presence, this team is focused on driving growth and attracting top talent to support international operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experienceAct as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring managers and interview teams, providing market insight and guidanceSource, screen, and engage passive and active candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, ATS, and networkingMaintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and reporting metricsBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team cultureTrack and analyze recruiting performance metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring efficiencySupport recruiting initiatives across multiple functions and geographies in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDrive continuous improvements in recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience and employer brandingQualifications & Requirements7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; minimum 5 years in technical recruitingCorporate/in-house recruiting experience required; agency-only backgrounds not sufficientExperience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines; AI or tech industry experience preferredProven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions and competing deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience collaborating with senior leadersProficient with Workday Recruiter or similar ATS; skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruiting platformsBachelor’s degree preferredAnalytical, metrics-driven approach to recruiting performanceHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable; able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsPositive, transparent, and solution-oriented attitude, with excellent judgment and discretionSalary$55/hr - $65/hrWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
