Twin Oak conducts market research, develops new products, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards while delivering transparent, tradable investment solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a self-driven, motivated, detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support the management, analysis, and growth of ETFs. This role involves analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring market trends, supporting product development, and delivering insights to portfolio managers and stakeholders. The candidate will report to the Chief Investment Officer and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Analyze ETF portfolio performance, including returns, tracking error, and risk metricsConduct financial modeling and valuation of underlying securities and indicesMonitor market trends, macroeconomic data, and sector performanceSupport portfolio rebalancing and trade execution processesPrepare reports and presentations for internal teams, clients, and stakeholdersAssist in ETF product development, benchmarking, and competitive analysisEvaluate fund flows, liquidity, and investor behavior trendsEnsure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory and reporting standardsPlease note that these responsibilities may change, subject to the needs of the business.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field2–4 years of experience in asset management, investment analysis, or ETFsStrong understanding of financial markets, and index investingAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) preferredCoding skills (e.g., Python) is a plusDeep knowledge of financial modeling and performance attributionProgress toward CFA designation is a highly beneficialExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insightsEffective communication and presentation skills to present financial data clearly to stakeholdersExcellent time management skillsCompensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, including salary, annual discretionary bonus and benefits.
