Investment Banking AnalystWe are seeking a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of investment banking experience and a strong foundation in M&A execution and financial analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of sell‑side and buy‑side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagementsBuild and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)Prepare client‑facing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentationsConduct industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business developmentManage data rooms, diligence requests, and coordination with internal teams and external advisorsWork closely with Associates and senior bankers in fast‑paced, lean deal teamsQualifications1–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple workstreams and perform under tight deadlinesBachelor’s degree requiredWhy JoinEarly exposure to live transactions with meaningful responsibilityDirect interaction with senior bankers and clientsEntrepreneurial, performance‑oriented culture with strong mentoring
