IT Lab Support

Job Title: Lab Support (IT Support – Laboratory)Location: Highland Park, NJ (Onsite)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Lab IT Support professional to support laboratory systems, instruments, and users. The candidate will work closely with scientists, vendors, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations of lab environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support for lab systems and instruments Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support Active Directory, networking, and security tools Assist with lab equipment setup, upgrades, and data backup Work with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution Required Skills 5+ years of experience in IT/Desktop Support Strong knowledge of:Windows OS, Active Directory Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with SCCM / Altiris / ServiceNow Good troubleshooting and communication skills Nice To HaveExperience in laboratory or scientific environments Basic knowledge of Linux / Cloud (AWS)
