ba&sh is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated FP&A Lead to support the continued growth of the brand across North America.As part of the North America Finance team, you will partner closely with the VP of Finance on a broad range of financial and operational topics. Acting as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, you will help drive performance, support decision-making, and enhance financial visibility across the organization.This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and business operations in a fast-growing international environment. The position is based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Finance North America.Your main responsibilities include :Support the monthly financial reporting process for the North America business unit, including performance analysis and reporting to headquarters in ParisParticipate in monthly business reviews and provide actionable financial insights to support decision-makingContribute to the annual budgeting process and forecasts, including sales, EBITDA, and cash flow projectionsIdentify opportunities to optimize operational processes, improve cost efficiency, and enhance merchandise flow managementPartner with Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, and Marketing teams on strategic and operational initiativesSupport business development projects through financial modeling, profitability analysis, and ad hoc analysesDevelop and improve financial and reporting tools, primarily in ExcelAssist the finance team during year-end closing and support external audit requests when neededContribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controlsYou will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.This list is not exhaustive and might evolve with the development of ba&sh.You recognise yourself in this career path :Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–6 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or corporate financeStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsExperience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods is a plusAvailable from June 2026You stand out for your :Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindset You master :Microsoft Excel ; knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plusFluent in English ; French is a plus We offer :Remote policySupportive team environmentCareer growth opportunities for advancementHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401K Savings PlanShopping discountVacation / time-off benefitsPaid Maternity leaveba&sh is waiting for you!At ba&sh, we believe that diversity is a strength, and we are committed to cultivating it.
