In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.Job SummaryEntry Level Position This CaptionCall Quality Control Technician is an entry level position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of returned CaptionCall phones. This includes receiving, testing, and evaluating returned devices to determine whether they can be refurbished for reuse. Reusable products are cleaned, repaired, and refurbished with any missing components, then prepared for re-deployment into the field for installation with a new customer. The technician ensures all refurbished units meet quality standards and are ready for safe and reliable use.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive, sign for, process, and organize daily inbound shipments of returned CaptionCall phones and repackaging materialsTest returned devices for functionality and cosmetic condition, ensuring quality standards are metDocument test results and maintain accurate records in the RMA systemManage the RMA process by determining final disposition of returned products based on established criteria (refurbish and repackage for field use, return to manufacturer, or recycle)Refurbish operational devices and prepare them for redeployment or shipment as requiredMeet or exceed daily testing and productivity quotas established by Warehouse ManagementOrganize and prioritize warehouse components to support efficient operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to all internal safety proceduresSupport additional warehouse operations as assigned by the supervisor, including order preparation and fulfillmentDemonstrate flexibility by accepting and completing new tasks and assignments as directedContribute positively as a team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitudeSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements: Less than 25%EducationMinimum: High School Diploma or GEDExperienceEntry Level Position Experience in a warehouse environment helpfulKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesIntermediate Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)Effective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, quality-controlled environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods and work with a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, and reach as required in a warehouse setting.
