Director Sales – Customer Success & Growth

Responsibilities:Sales Leadership: Drive end-to-end sales processes, including pipeline creation, deal closure, and revenue growth for IT services across enterprise accounts.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong CXO/VP-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting USA business (NN & EE segments), collaborating with marketing, delivery, and presales teams.Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand services within existing accounts.Collaboration: Partner with Delivery, Solution Architects, and Practice Leads to align client needs with organizational capabilities.Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and business reports for executive management.Key Skills & Experience:Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in IT Services sales with hands-on experience in enterprise accounts.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cloud, Infra & AI/Analytics, ERP, CRM, Security, and Digital services.Client Focus: Strong record of building CXO/VP-level relationships and driving client success.GTM Expertise: Experience developing USA-focused go-to-market strategies.Background Advantage: Prior technical experience as Solution Architect, Delivery Manager/Director, or SDM transitioned into sales.Communication & Leadership: Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
