Sr. IoT Field Sales Representative

Sr. IoT Field Sales RepresentativeEast SF Bay area - 100% remote aside from travel to client sites 3-4 days per weekPosition Summary:A successful incumbent is expected to grow the business within assigned accounts or territories in accordance with stated company plan, along with developing sales forecasts and territory potentials. And in addition, they are expected to sell professional line products to installing dealers and distributors in a prescribed territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers in an assigned territory.Responsibilities:Drive growth of sales volume of assigned accounts or territories in accordance with stated company plan; develop sales forecasts and territory potentialsSell Professional Line products to installing dealers and distributors in a prescribed territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with all customers in an assigned territoryFully understand the dynamics of client businesses in order to be established as a trusted advisor to their business.Support retail channel in assigned area as appropriateFacilitate quote management and order fulfillment to effectively deliver product, pricing and sales information to customers and team using insights and dataManage all partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater value to the customerExecute merchandising/advertising programsConduct extensive training and product presentations to small and large groupsConduct customer training presentations around product and selling skillsetComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededRequirements:3+ years of sales experienceExperience successfully executing the full sales lifecycleStrong communication/presentation skillsAble to travel to client sites in SF 3-4 times per weekNice to have:Experience selling IoT or Smart Home-related products
