We need a "hands on" person that will provide Manual Software Testing and Quality Assurance. The purpose of software testing and quality assurance is to provide the means and measures for testing all aspects of our software solutions, both functionally and technically, to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution.The manual Quality Assurance Analyst candidate should exhibit a desire to grow with the company, take pride in their work, and fit well within a diverse multi-level team environment.This position is considered work from home (WFH) with travel as needed to an office. You must currently live in Florida to be eligible for this role. The first day will start in-person in an office. We do not provide sponsorship.Essential FunctionsRegression testing support of existing websitesResponsible for creating an end-to-end test plan of projects; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expectedExecute test cases, typically at a black box levelLog and track defects using the designated tracking system and toolsApplication should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systemsEnsuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes liveAnalysis of requirements to produce test casesReview of bug fixes and minor system enhancements to ensure expected results are achievedWorking with the developer team to provide continuous iterative feedbackSetting estimates and expectations for task completion, tracking on target deadlinesOther support tasks as requiredQualifications 3+ years of real-world manual QA experienceExperiences in Quality Management Software and ProcessesFamiliarity with Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) and testing processExperience in agile, waterfall, and/or scrum development methodologyHands on experience in web applications and API QAExperience in external API integration testing (REST APIs)Solid knowledge of SQL complex queries, database testing.Self-motivated and organizedStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work both individually and with a teamAdvanced knowledge of Web Standards, Accessibility Standards & Browser compatibilityA solid working knowledge of metrics and models in product quality engineeringAn understanding of the importance of User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI)Experience in the demands of deadline-driven workAbility to work on simultaneous projects of varying size and complexity from very small testing initiatives to testing during large projectsAdditional Information Entertainment Benefits Group offers outstanding employee benefits including:Medical, Dental & Vision401k MatchShort Term Disability, Long Term Disability (Company Paid)Basic Life and AD&D (Company Paid)Additional Voluntary Benefits (additional life, legal, critical care, and more)3 Weeks of PTO + 5 Personal DaysPaid Holiday Break from Christmas to New YearPaid HolidaysFitness ReimbursementAnnual Day of GivingCompany Bonus ProgramShare in the FUN!
