We provide research, advisory, training, events and community experiences.We run:Atlas — our services team that delivers research, training, and strategy programsCatalyst — the top conference and event series for partner and ecosystem leadersNexus — a private network for partnership leaders around the worldTogether, these programs help companies connect, learn, and grow through partnerships.About the RoleWe’re hiring a B2B Account Manager to build and grow relationships with our customers — senior leaders from top tech companies.You’ll manage accounts across several areas of our business:Research, Advisory, and Training — custom projects and subscriptions for partner teamsEvent Sponsorships / Services — Catalyst conference, summits, exec roundtables, and partner summits.Content Sponsorships — reports, research, podcasts, and trend briefingsMemberships — executive memberships in our networkYour goal is to help every customer succeed, renew, and expand their relationship with Partnership Leaders.What You’ll DoManage a set of customer accounts and keep strong relationshipsLead renewal and upsell conversationsFind new opportunities across events, content, and servicesWork with internal teams to make sure customers get great resultsTrack progress and update forecasts in our CRM (HubSpot)Share customer feedback to help improve our offeringsWho You Are4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or B2B salesGreat at communicating with executivesOrganized and good at managing multiple projectsConfident in renewal and upsell conversationsExperienced with mid-market or enterprise customersBonus: You’ve worked in partner or marketing roles beforeWhy You’ll Love This RoleYou’ll work directly with leaders from top tech companies and help them reach their goals.
