The Marketing Specialist must have the ability to perform at the highest levels, often partnering cross-functionally to ensure that our marketing automation workflows/campaigns drive the optimum amount of userengagement and closed sales opportunities.To be successful, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles andexperience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce.com, and WordPress. You’ll support variousmarketing functions, including lead qualification, digital marketing, content creation, market research, social media, and analytics.RequirementsEducation and Experience BA, BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Prior experience (preferably 1-3 years) in business experience demonstrating a broad background across marketing, operations, and project/program management (preferably HubSpot, Salesforce.com, and WordPress experience). Experience with multiple marketing automation workflows and lead management processes. Intermediate knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring meeting goals and commitments. Proficiency in content marketing, social media management, and project management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically health insurance and/or care management, is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, SEO best practices, and content optimization techniques. Creative problem solver with strong organizational skills.Duties And ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish posts across various social platforms. Monitor channels and respond to inquiries promptly.Content Creation Collaborate with designers and subject matter experts to produce content for social media, blogs, webinars, and eBooks. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with external marketing agencies to ensure successful campaign execution. Work with internal teams to gather information for content creation and manage project timelines.Performance Monitoring Track and analyze metrics related to social media and content marketing. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Repurpose content based on performance data.Marketing Automation And CRM Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce.com for lead management and marketing efforts. Power marketing automation workflows to drive engagement, conversions, and sales. Manage and optimize email campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.SEO/SEM & Demand Generation Support SEO/SEM initiatives through keyword research and on-page optimization. Optimize demand generation campaigns with A/B testing and Martech integrations.General Marketing Support Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and events. Manage website content updates and other marketing channels. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address marketing needs.Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report on key marketing metrics using analytics tools. Advocate for marketing automation best practices within the organization.
