Portico has an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist!Job SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and performance monitoring of digital marketing campaigns and local listings. This role works closely with the marketing team to execute paid media strategies, analyze campaign performance, maintain digital presence accuracy, and support lead generation and conversion initiatives across multiple digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media ManagementManage and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaignsMonitor campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROASAdjust bids, budgets, targeting, and pacing to maximize performanceConduct keyword research and search query analysisImplement A/B testing and optimize ad copy, promotions, and creative assetsMonitor ad fatigue and coordinate creative refreshesCampaign Performance & AnalyticsTrack campaign and website performance across digital channelsValidate data accuracy across Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting platformsIdentify and troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion issuesAnalyze lead quality and conversion trends to improve marketing effectivenessAudit landing pages, forms, CTAs, and user experience to optimize conversion ratesLocal Listings & Online PresenceManage Google Business Profiles and local listing platformsMaintain accurate business information across Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing, and related directoriesResolve duplicate listings and data inconsistenciesSupport setup and optimization for new property listingsReporting & OptimizationCompile and quality-check monthly marketing reportsIdentify reporting discrepancies and actionable insightsSupport dashboard reporting initiatives and validate reporting accuracyRecommend process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and automation opportunitiesCollaboration & SupportPartner with the Digital Marketing Manager and broader marketing team on strategic initiativesAssist with rollout of new tools, technologies, and campaign typesParticipate in internal and client-facing meetings as neededQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC management, analytics, or related fieldEquivalent combination of education and professional experience will be consideredPreferred Skills & Knowledge Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaignsStrong understanding of paid search, paid social, SEO, analytics, and digital KPIsExperience with:Google Ads EditorGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)Google Search Console (GSC)Looker StudioFamiliarity with CRM systems and attribution trackingExperience with local listing management platforms such as SOCiKnowledge of landing page optimization and UX/UI best practicesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferred CertificationsGoogle Ads Certification preferredMeta Ads Certification a plusMultifamily or agency marketing experience preferredPhysical RequirementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Ability to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionallyFrequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers for typing and computer workVisual ability to review digital and printed materialsWork EnvironmentPrimarily office-based or remote computer work environmentOccasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or onsite supportPosition may require work outside standard business hours based on campaign or project needsOur Company is an equal Opportunity Employer.
