Our organization is in search of a skilled Physician Assistant Director to oversee Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across a diverse range of medical specialties and care continuum programs.This role presents an exciting leadership opportunity for an APC who excels at the convergence of strategic planning, clinical excellence, and innovation, while still engaging in practice within a specialty area.Position Highlights:Offer both operational and clinical guidance for APCs across various specialty and care continuum service lines.Work in partnership with physician and operational leaders to create and expand effective care models that enhance APC utilization.Drive initiatives aimed at improving access, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and overall program performance.Guide and nurture APC leaders, reinforcing leadership capabilities throughout the organization.Maintain a dual role that combines leadership responsibilities with clinical practice in one of the following fields:Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Weight Management, Travel Medicine, Dermatology, Sleep Medicine, Psychiatry, Urgent Care, Integrative Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership or clinical experience.Possession of an active Physician Assistant license in California.DEA registration is required.For Physician Assistants: CAPA Controlled Substance Certification is necessary.Compensation & Benefits:Attractive salary range: $224,000 - $231,000 per year.Comprehensive benefits package available.401(k) plan along with a cash balance retirement plan.Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Leadership support and resources within a highly integrated system.About the Organization:Our medical group stands as one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the country, boasting over 2,100 clinicians across more than 40 specialties in the Bay Area.
