OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with OutSystems experience to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust applications that drive real business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & DeliveryDesign and develop applications using the OutSystems platform.Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standardsLead end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements → design → build → deploy → supportEnsure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testingArchitecture & Best PracticesContribute to solution architecture and technical design decisionsImplement integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems, databases)Apply governance, security, and performance optimization best practicesSupport CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirementsTranslate business needs into technical solutionsProvide guidance on feasibility, timelines, and technical trade-offsInnovation & AI Explore and implement AI-driven features within OutSystems applicationsSupport initiatives around agentic AI, automation, and digital transformationRequired Skills & Experience4–7+ years of software development experience3+ years hands-on experience with OutSystems Strong understanding of:Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)Database design (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)Experience with enterprise application developmentFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred QualificationsOutSystems certificationsExposure to AI/ML or automation tools
