What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute account plans for named AI/HPC customers across North America
Create data-driven pipeline insights, forecasts, and activity notes in CRM
Lead customer and partner meetings to scope requirements and align on solutions
Provide pre- and post-sales support in partnership with technical teams
Track data center trends and competitive dynamics to influence product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering within data center infrastructure
Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP)
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate clearly
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in large/named-account management
Knowledge of data center cooling strategies and containment approaches for high-density AI/HPC
Experience selling to cloud, colocation, or GPU/AI platform teams
