Chief Operating Officer - ABA

Chief Operating Officer - ABA A growing ABA startup is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead both the strategic direction and buildout of its operations. This individual will work closely with ownership and clinical leadership to establish the infrastructure, teams, and processes needed to scale into a leading provider in the space. • Lead implementation and execution of the company's strategic business plan • Partner with ownership to develop and refine long-term growth strategy • Build out core operational functions across the business, including recruiting, intake, scheduling, and administrative infrastructure • Develop and implement internal processes across all departments to support scalable and efficient operations • Oversee the development of local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives • Work closely with clinical leadership and state directors to ensure alignment between operations and care delivery • Build out and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and departmental goals to drive accountability and results • Own the P&L and drive overall financial and operational performance of the business • Coordinate with third-party revenue cycle partners to ensure effective billing, collections, and financial performance • Support ownership in evaluating deals, partnerships, and growth opportunities • Strong ABA operational leadership experience REQUIRED • Proven ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level within a growing organization • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • High level of drive, ownership, urgency, and ability to push initiatives forward
