Sr Dir Client Delivery Executive

What success looks like in this role:* Oversees Client Delivery across the enterprise. * Engages with Sales & Sales Excellence, Marketing & Communications, Engineering & Product Development and other leaders to establish overall Client Delivery direction and ensure processes are in place for effective and efficient service delivery. * Works cross-functionally to build a matrixed support structure and ensure provision of integrated services to meet complex client needs. * Serves as subject matter expert for programs, systems and technologies within Unisys and for key external clients and stakeholders. * Leverages strong relationships with engineering, product, marketing, sales, etc. to ensure information sharing and collaboration. * Monitors the competition and industry for trends / changes in how client support is provided, adapting and applying, as appropriate, within the company.You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 10-15 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Graduate degree preferred 6-8 years' leadership experienceThis role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
