We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst who is an Excel power user to support data-driven decision-making across the Human Resources function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming HR data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports while partnering closely with HR leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, compile, and interpret HR data related to headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits, performance, and workforce planningBuild and maintain advanced Excel models, reports, dashboards, and automated trackers using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validationSupport HR leadership with recurring and ad hoc analytics, reporting, and presentationsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems and reportsIdentify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR programs and processesAssist with audits, compliance reporting, and data requests as neededQualifications3+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, People Analyst, or HR reporting roleAdvanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, reporting automation)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExperience working with HRIS and payroll systemsAbility to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or related field preferredWhy Join UsOpportunity to make a measurable impact through data-driven HR solutionsCollaborative, professional work environmentHybrid flexibility and growth opportunities within HR analyticsBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
