The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working independently, and taking on charge nurse responsibilities when required. This role involves floating across units based on patient needs and requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.Requirements:Active Vermont RN license (or willing to obtain upon acceptance) Minimum 5 years of recent RN experience Strong experience in MedSurg / PCU / Telemetry Ability to work independently and handle charge nurse duties Current BLS/BCLS & ACLS certifications Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skillsAdditional Info:36 hours/week guaranteed Every other weekend required Floating required based on unit needs Holiday coverage required On-call may be required Personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transit CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #295417.
