The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term customer relationships, and growing shipper accounts while working closely with our operations team to deliver reliable freight solutions.ResponsibilitiesProspect and develop new business opportunities across the U.S. freight marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with shippers and key decision-makersIdentify customer transportation needs and provide customized logistics solutionsNegotiate rates and support profitable business growthManage and grow customer accounts through consistent communication and serviceCollaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth freight executionStay informed on market trends and industry opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline and activity records within CRM systemsDeliver a high level of professionalism and customer serviceQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in freight brokerage sales within North AmericaStrong understanding of freight brokerage, logistics, and transportation operationsProven track record in sales, lead generation, and account growthExperience prospecting, closing, and managing shipper accountsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenExperience with CRM systems and TMS platforms is considered an assetWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is confident, professional, and driven to grow with us.
