Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Environmental Specialist at M&H Valve Company, located in Trussville, AL. The Environmental Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, implementing and monitoring environmental policies, conducting audits and assessments, and preparing the necessary documentation. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with various departments to promote best practices in sustainability and environmental stewardship. Qualifications Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standardsStrong skills in conducting audits, preparing reports, and data analysisExperience in developing and implementing environmental policies and proceduresProblem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plusCertifications in environmental management or related fields are advantageous
