Bartender

*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. * Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. * Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes. *Experience* * Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar is required. * Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. * Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. * Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
