East & Co. - a living hub of hospitality where food, space, and community come together - is searching for Servers and Bartenders to join the opening team of our unique Boulder hospitality venue. East & Co. is a new venture located at 2100 Central Avenue surrounded by a variety of office campuses. This unique building includes a number of high-end concepts including a coffee shop, retail marketplace, full-service restaurant & bar, catering & events, and conference space. Current projected hours of operation are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Wages are determined by ability, experience and fit, and are a combination of base pay plus tips. Wages will vary based on business volumes and market conditions. Must be 18+ to apply. \*Barista experience a plus\* Our ideal candidate will have: * At least 3 years of fine dining and/or volume service bartending and serving experience * A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality * Experience with craft cocktails and wine required * The ambition to learn and grow with the company * The understanding and belief that we go over and above for the guest – unapologetic hospitality *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS * Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations * Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards * Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions *Skills* * Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments with strong customer service skills * Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking * Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques * Ability to multitask effectively in high-energy settings * Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally * Experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable; nightclub or catering experience is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest’s experience extraordinary!
