As the company expands across multiple entities, contracts, transactions, vendors, contractors, and customer programs, we need someone who can keep legal operations organized, accurate, and moving.This role exists to support Revive’s legal infrastructure. You will help maintain entity records, organize contracts, coordinate signatures, track deadlines, support disputes, prepare documentation, and keep legal workflows clean. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and interested in helping build the legal backbone of a fast-growing company.What You Will DoSupport legal, compliance, and corporate operations across Revive and related entitiesMaintain organized legal files, contract repositories, entity records, corporate documents, and execution copiesAssist with contract preparation, formatting, routing, signature coordination, and version controlTrack legal deadlines, renewal dates, filing requirements, notice periods, and compliance itemsSupport entity formation, annual filings, business licenses, registered agent records, and corporate governance documentationAssist with preparation of board consents, resolutions, officer certificates, entity approvals, and internal legal recordsCoordinate with outside counsel, vendors, agencies, escrow teams, contractors, and internal departmentsSupport dispute and claim management by organizing documents, timelines, communications, evidence, and matter filesHelp maintain templates, legal playbooks, checklists, and internal process documentationReview documents for completeness, consistency, missing signatures, dates, exhibits, and required attachmentsSupport employment documentation, offer letters, policy acknowledgments, compensation plan routing, and HR legal recordsHelp improve legal workflows, documentation standards, and internal tracking systemsEscalate legal, compliance, or documentation issues to leadership or counsel when appropriateWho You AreExtremely organized and detail-orientedComfortable managing sensitive and confidential informationProactive, reliable, and strong in follow-throughAble to manage multiple deadlines and document-heavy workflowsClear and professional in written and verbal communicationComfortable working with contracts, legal documents, corporate records, and compliance checklistsProcess-minded and motivated by creating order and reducing riskAble to work independently while knowing when to escalateQualifications3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contract administration, corporate operations, or compliance experienceExperience maintaining legal records, contracts, or corporate documentsFamiliarity with business entities, contracts, real estate documents, or litigation support preferredStrong organizational, writing, proofreading, and document management skillsExperience with e-signature tools, file management systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking toolsParalegal certificate preferred, but not requiredThe Pay Range For This Role Is100,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Irvine, CA)
