We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Mitigation Technician Assistant to join our team in Orlando and Miami. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in water damage restoration projects. - Work closely with the mitigation team to ensure timely and effective service. - Perform site assessments and help implement mitigation strategies. - Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are safe and organized. - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications: - Knowledge of water damage restoration processes is preferred. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. - Willingness to work overtime as needed. - Available to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. - Team-oriented with strong communication skills. - Ability to start immediately.
