What we need is the right person to build and own the attorney relationship side of the business.You will be the face of the company in the plaintiff attorney community - building relationships, generating referrals, and driving consistent case flow.What You'll DoBuild and maintain a network of plaintiff attorneys across New York and beyondDrive consistent inbound case referrals through relationship-based outreachRepresent the company at legal industry events, bar associations, and attorney meetingsWork closely with the founding team on deal flow, case review, and funding decisionsDevelop and execute a scalable BD strategy for long-term growthTrack and report on pipeline activity, attorney relationships, and referral volumeWhat We're Looking ForExisting relationships with plaintiff attorneys in New York - this is non-negotiable3+ years in legal funding, legal services, or a related BD roleNatural networker who is comfortable walking into law firms and building trustSelf-starter who doesn't need to be managed - you own your pipelineUnderstands the plaintiff funding space and can speak credibly to attorneys about the processHungry, professional, and relationship-drivenWhat We OfferCompetitive base draw plus per-case compensation and performance-based profit sharing.
