Manufacturing Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and support growing production operations for our client. This role oversees daily manufacturing activities while driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop Team Leaders and manufacturing team membersManage all aspects of assembly/manufacturing operationsEnsure production goals and performance metrics are consistently metQualificationsHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience3+ years in a leadership role (5+ preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
