Real Estate Paralegal

The Senior Real Estate Paralegal will handle complex real estate transactions and subdivision projects in California. They will prepare and file documents with the Department of Real Estate (DRE), coordinate deal closings, and manage entity formations and modifications.Skills required include experience in real estate transactions, subdivisions, DRE filings, California Subdivided Lands Law, and entity management. Preferred skills include supporting large projects, due diligence searches, and a paralegal certificate.The role offers a salary between $120,000 and $140,000 annually, with a 90-day onsite requirement, then a hybrid work schedule from San Francisco.
