Warehouse LTL CoordinatorThe Warehouse LTL Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound freight activity while serving as the main point of contact between the warehouse, trucking companies, and LTL carriers. The role ensures accurate receiving, timely load dispatch, and clear communication with warehouse staff to keep operations running smoothly.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive and check in LTL carriers and other inbound loads, including collecting and reviewing all paperwork.Take clear photos of inbound freight and properly tag and label freight upon receiving.Verify that loads are built accurately and are completed on time according to the schedule.Communicate load priorities and special instructions to warehouse staff to meet deadlines.Maintain organized records of bills of lading, delivery receipts, and any carrier documentation.Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or issues with freight to the LTL Manager promptly.Serve as a customer service point for internal and external partners regarding load status, appointments, and freight questions.QualificationsExperience in domestic warehousing and logistics preferredBilingual in SpanishProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelOrganized with strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedBasic understanding of LTL, trucking, and warehouse operations.
